Hi! I’m Morgan and I’m a senior. I’m a newspaper editor for the Orbit, and outside of school I love to play music, write, and teach others how to play percussion. I also teach swimming lessons at Natavi. I decided to take journalism because I love writing, and this was a great opportunity to improve my writing skills and branch out of my comfort zone. I am excited to be writing consistently and to improve my style.

Morgan Eyanson-Renken, Newspaper Editor
Morgan, Mo, Eyanson-Renken is a senior and the newest member of The Orbit. Apart from being busy with the newspaper, Mo is involved with activities such as band and speech.
Outside of school, he enjoys reading, writing and is involved heavily within the Des Moines music scene, having been part of his own band in the past.
When asked about joining The Orbit, Mo explained that he wanted to try something new senior year.
